The 15-year-old boy accused of firing gunshots at a Perth school faces court via video link from the troubled Banksia Hill Detention Centre, as prosecutors refute reports he was expelled from the private college.
The teens were detained in Banksia Hill overnight because police could not find a responsible person to release them to – but the magistrate claims officers didn’t try hard enough.
