But lets start with jackie moore near Alameda Creek where the search is on for a missing person. Reporter a teenage driver was on her way to visit families on the peninsula. She was driving from tracy. When she never showed up at her familys place, they filed a missing persons report. Chp arrived on the scene of an accident and they pieced it together. This Rushing Water is treacherous enough, but further upstream is even more its even more dangerous and too dangerous to put divers . Because theres a bridge there and we believe the creek is deeper in that location. For now, its a waiting game with Mother Nature and the state has to authorize the water to be turned over at the dell the dams are down because of the recent rain so water is not being diverted to the lake, but that will change later. One inch per hour of rain right there. One quarter of an inch may be. You have pockets of heavy amounts of rain moving through the bay area. We will see this on and off route the night tonight. As we head a little further to the south it is cold enough to see a wintry mix over the mountains. Maybe some snow across the higher peaks. Along the peninsula we are seeing pockets of rain making its way on shore. We will see more of that throughout the evening hours. More scattered showers toward San Francisco.
