HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Madison County Deputies have arrested Darren Pullen, 39, of Huntsville and charged with him making terrorist threats after he allegedly called in bomb threats to two Huntsville Schools.
The bomb threats were made against Grissom High School and Williams Elementary on Tuesday morning. Local law enforcement officers went to both schools to investigate those threats and found nothing dangerous.
Sheriff’s Office investigators attached to the FBI North Alabama Violent Crimes Task Force and the North Alabama Safe Streets Task Force were able to identify Pullen as the suspect. The Sheriff’s Office says that Pullen called both schools to make the threats.

A Huntsville man was arrested by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of terrorists threats after he allegedly made bomb threats Tuesday to two Huntsville City Schools campuses, authorities said Wednesday.
Madison County Sheriff’s Office investigators with the FBI North Alabama Violent Crimes Task Force and the North Alabama Safe Streets Task Force located Darren Pullen, 39, of Huntsville, to make sure there were no danger to either of the unnamed campuses.
The investigation showed Pullen made phone calls to the campuses that included bomb threats.

A Huntsville man faces two terrorist threat charges after authorities say he called in bomb threats to two schools on Tuesday.
Darren Pullen, 39, is responsible for the threats made to Williams Elementary and Middle and Grissom High schools, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office news release said its “investigators attached to both the FBI North Alabama Violent Crimes Task Force and the North Alabama Safe Streets Task Force utilized the resources of the Sheriff’s Office and FBI to quickly locate Pullen and ensure that there was no danger to either of the campuses.”
