Abu Dhabi s real estate market posted solid growth during H1, recording 7,474 property transactions worth AED22.5 billion ($6.12 billion). With the launch of several new projects, the second half of the year will see a surge in investment, said a report.
ABU DHABI, 22nd July, 2022 (WAM) Abu Dhabi's real estate market sustained growth driven by investor optimism, recording 7,474 property transactions amounting to over AED22.51 billion, as per the latest report released by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT).
The department's half-yearly report indicates that all kinds of land, buildings, and real estate were purchased, sold, and mortgaged.
DMT's real estate trading index shows 3,568 real estate purchase and sale transactions worth AED8.9 billion and 3,906 mortgage transactions worth AED13.61 billion.
