Sans surprise, Mireille Hermouet et Alain Leboeuf (majorité départementale de la droite et du centre) retrouveront leurs sièges au conseil départemental. Ils ont obtenu 76,42 % des voix.
Avec 76,42 % des suffrages exprimés, Mireille Hermouet et Alain Leboeuf (majorité départementale de la droite et du centre) ont été facilement réélus dans le canton d’Aizenay, qui compte 47 000 habitants et onze communes.
Dimanche, le binôme de l’alternative de gauche – Céline Jauzelon et Christophe Tourancheau – est arrivé loin derrière avec 23,58 % des votants. Il avait obtenu 16,86 % des voix au premier tour. Le taux d’abstention, qui était de 67,43 % au premier tour, est encore plus élevé (68,61 %).

Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies, a pioneer in clinker-free low-carbon cement, has announced the first pouring of concrete sheets manufactured with its H-UKR cement by GCC for the construction of a public establishment in Aizenay, Western France.
Launched in October 2020, the Aizenay high school site is currently under construction. Designed to accommodate up to 800 students, this project is part of a programme to build four new schools in Vendée, Western France to meet an increase in the number of high school students.
The pouring of Hoffmann Green concrete is part of a global approach aiming to make this Aizenay high school an exemplary building from an environmental standpoint. Indeed, the specifications contain high environmental requirements: level 3 bio-sourced building label, E3-C1 Effinergie performance level and HQE sustainable building certification.
