He told police that he found emily submerged in a bathtub. The doctor who performed emilys autopsy testified she had bruises on her forehead, arm, thigh and neck, and a bump on her forehead. It happened around 10 30 last night at 1422 east 17th court. 22yearold Dustin Lee Curtis of des moines told police he was visiting his child and girlfriend.
