Gov. Cuomo delivered his fourth and final part of his series of the State of State Thursday. Cuomo talked about big public projects the state has already completed in his tenure.
The governor says now is the time for the government to spark the economy with development.
Those plans include converting an underutilized exit ramp in Albany into a landscaped park with event spaces, and a path connecting several Downtown Albany neighborhoods.
Cuomo says he expects the $11.4 million project to be done this year.

If I was asked in January what I might say this December about the 2020 accomplishments of the Port Authority, I would have said I expected to list the milestones reached at Newark Liberty, where a new Terminal One is signaling our deep commitment to completely rebuilding the airport for the 21st century. Or at LaGuardia, where a whole new LGA continues to take shape.
