Hidayath Addoor from International Kannadigas Federation, Muzzafar Sheik Aim India Foundation and Raj Shinde from Fortune group along with Chhangur Prasad
MANGALURU: Kannadigas from various organisations joined hands to help Chhangur Prasad, 38, from Uttar Pradesh return home. Prasad reached his hometown on Tuesday.
Hidayath Addoor, convener, International Kannadigas Federation (IKF) told TOI, that Prasad who was found on the streets in March was picked up by police and admitted to a hospital in Dubai. The hospital authorities contacted Muzzafar Sheik from Aim India Foundation over phone, who, in turn, reached out to IKF. The hospital stated that they have a case from India and the victim was showing no signs of improvement. Prasad from Lucknow was diagnosed with complications in the stomach including a brain tumour.
