There will be no compromise on the quality of seeds of crops and other agriculture products in the country, Agriculture Minister Muhammad Abdur Razzaque said yesterday.
Bangladesh will start exporting potatoes to Russia again this year as the latter has lifted a ban imposed on the entry of tubers from this south Asian nation last year, said Agriculture Minister Muhammad Abdur Razzaque yesterday.
The prices of fertiliser, seeds and other agricultural inputs will not be raised further to ensure continuous production and sustainable security of food, Agriculture Minister Muhammad Abdur Razzaque said today.
