following breaking news out of philadelphia. you re seeing pictures there from our affiliate wpvi. a building collapse, a thrift store, a salvation army. reporting moments ago someone else was actually taken out of the rubble, put into an ambulance and taken away. we ve been told that at least 13 people have been removed from the building. and most of those injuries have been described as minor, that s what the mayor is saying. but it is still an active search and rescue operation that s taking place on the ground. they have warned people in that area to please be quiet as they search, as they listen for any sounds of people who might be under that debris. so we are following that. we re going to give you as much information as we can as we get more information on that breaking news story. we re following another big story here, this is chrysler,

mixing in at times with sleet. that s from our affiliate wpvi. this is going to be bad because we re expecting more snow to come in behind another area of low pressure as it works its way further to the north and east. here is a look at the radar picture. it almost seems as if the mid-atlantic is getting a break, a lot of the snow sweeping across the long island sound into connecticut add massachusetts and cape cod. but there s a lot more snow impacting areas to the south and west. we re seeing snow across much west virginia wf, heavy rain now sweeping into the d.c. area. but that rain will change to snow overnight tonight, mixing in with sleetd. so it s just not over yet. the storm has a one-two punch where we had snow in the morning, the change over to rain or sleet in the afternoon, then as the temperatures settle into the 20s tonight, it will be all snow. you can see the changeover happening right now in areas in the northeast. a little bit of sleet mixing in here to rain in suffol
