Man banned from Crater Lake National Park after poaching elk

Man banned from Crater Lake National Park after poaching elk February 5, 2021 GMT CRATER NATIONAL PARK, Ore. (AP) An Oregon man has been banned from Crater Lake National Park, ordered to pay over $40,000 in restitution and sentenced to probation with a six-month stay at a residential reentry center after he pleaded guilty to poaching a trophy bull elk in the park, prosecutors said. U.S. Attorney Billy J. Williams said Friday the guilty plea and sentence came after an investigation into the activities of 44-year-old Adrian Wood. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service began tracking the White City man after reports that he was illegally hunting in the park in 2014.

NPFL STORY: A history of scandal and mismanagement

MEDIA BLACKOUT One of the issues that has plagued the league has been the inability of its organisers to hammer out a working broadcast strategy, a failing that has impeded not only its commercial potential, but its sporting progress. In August 2013, the LMC announced it had signed a four-year television rights deal with satellite broadcaster Supersport from 2015 to 2019. The deal was reported to be worth $34m, of which Supersport paid a two-year advance of $4m as a sweetener to fund the running of the league.  In 2017 though, two years shy of the expiration of the contract, Supersport announced it was pulling out of the agreement, ostensibly as a consequence of the prevailing economic situation in the country. The naira suffering against the dollar, combined with the absence of return on investment – the LMC were apparently not doing enough to market the league and drive viewership – meant it was not expedient for the partnership to continue.

indict the president tomorrow but for the doj memo that says he s not subject to being indicted while in office. ken, what do you make of it, the president s argument who said it was cohen who did this all on his own. as cohen said himself, nobody believes that. one reason is because we have heard a tape with michael cohen and donald trump hatching this plan to pay one of these women, and trump clearly had the guilty knowledge about it. secondly, donald trump, we know, has been an extremely controlling manager throughout his life. don t take my word for it. take the word of his barber, a man named adrian wood who said in april, he s a complete control, cut here, cut there. just do what he says, that s donald trump in a nutshell. there s no way michael cohen decided on his own to make these payments. we should remind our audience, michael cohen wasn t forced to do it. when you watch that interview and he continuously blames the president and his blind loyalty, michael cohen wasn t
