Havana Cabana in Cleethorpes has been allowed to reopen its rooftop terrace despite previously being told it could be fined for using it.
The Sea View Street bar was initially told that it classified as an outdoor area, but the council later reversed policy and said it didn’t have enough ventilation.
The bar’s roof terrace is covered by a Perspex sheet and has gaps for ventilation on two sides.
