No one has been charged. Police say that the uber driver was making a left turn on southwest 144th street when a driver of a Toyota Corolla on 157th avenue slammed into him. It rolled over and he was pinned against a wall. He was trapped and died. The uber driver and three of his friends escaped serious injury along with the toyota driver.
