Youve all been thoroughly welcomed this morning but i want to give a special shout out to a few people in the course ive got to start with first Lady Catherine and her Family Members she spirit their sister julie and her cousin lisa and watching on line to the rest of our rest of our extended families and their sons joe and tom and her daughter jesse and their extended families. When you serve your family serves with you so i want to be sure to at this time thank them for all their support in the seven years in todays a special day because its jesses birthday and so we need on a one, two, three everybody to yell happy birthday jesse. Parklets would you like that . Im just kidding. No i dont. I dont like that idea. I think what weve proposed here today is a good compromise. I think it works well within the concept, and i think that youve said this yourself. These have been very success, awful all over the city in your district and otherwise. And i understand the need to look and see how each individual operators regulating them, i think as they start to have to conform more to the city standards and have to work well with more of the departments, well see better, better behavior overall. But i think theyve been a phenomenal success. And i think this this window allows us to work with in that time frame to work with the existing operators and hopefully have maybe a few more come online. Knew from the day he was enacted they would need to have changes. You think about medicare and medicaid, how many times it has been amended and changed. It certainly is in need of repair. We havee repeal of it, concerns in that regard. As the house passed a bill in the senate is working on one, is there anywhere near preparing the pieces you like to see fixed . Rick the senate bill perhaps goes in the direction of dealing with private market stabilization and dealing with the costsharing reduction issue, which i think would address some of the instability we see in the Exchange Part of the insurance market. That is certainly something. The largescale productions that would result from medicaid cuts as it relates to coverage, those are things we have great concerns about. Peter you have made some strong comments against running current bill is going in the senate and the house. On the senate bill, maybe you can go into what kind of negative effects to see if the bill passed. You can see
