Three abandoned boys and the skeletal remains of a fourth child were found in a Houston apartment over the weekend, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Harris County Sherriff's office is saying they have found three children and also some skeletal remains, possibly of another child, inside an apartment in west Harris County.
