At the aspen idea festival that is hosted by the atlantic, essentially, remarked on how Educational Opportunities are not the same for people in room layer, as they are in urban cities and that comes back to this research that come out that essentially show how the gap has grown between urban environments and rural environments. So what you see is that in rural environments have a closing of the gap of people who have High School Degrees.
