Denison salutes Top 10, Class of 2021

In spite of challenges caused by the nation’s worst pandemic in history, Denison High School’s Class of 2021 graduating seniors are looking forward with great excitement to Saturday May 22nd at 8:30 p.m. when they’ll make the time-honored trip across Munson’s historic graduation stage to proudly accept their diplomas. Because the ceremonies will be outdoors, masks will not be required, but social distance guidelines will be enforced. Only graduates will be seated on the field.
In case of rain on Saturday, graduation will be moved to Sunday night at 8:30. If it rains on Sunday night, the program will be moved to the DHS gymnasium and each senior will be issued four tickets to distribute to family.

The 13th Annual Crookston High School Triple A Awards Banquet will be held Monday, April 26 by ticket only with seniors each receiving two complimentary tickets for their guests. CHS seniors can pick up their senior ticket and complimentary tickets at the high school office by Tuesday, April 20.
The banquet honors academics, arts and athletics and will include awards for Academic Letters, Athletics, Band, Choir, Drama, Knowledge Bowl, Leo Club, National Honor Society, Orchestra, Speech, Student Council, Top Academics, Visual Arts, Yearbook, Riverwatch and Envirothon.
Triple A Senior Recognition is sponsored by Pirate Boosters, Crookston Rotary Club, Crookston Kiwanis Pioneer 100s, Crookston Lions Club, and Pirate Fine Arts Boosters.
Toms River East s Nicolas Evgeniou is our Student of the Week
Ranked in the top 10% of his class he is an Academic Letter recipient, Co-President of the Thespian Honor Society and a member of the National Honor Society. Nick is class vice president, a student ambassador, member of the FBLA, head stage manager and artistic director for the Eastside Theatre Company and chair of the State Thespian Officers while also serving as the New Jersey representative for the International Thespian Society Leadership Council.

Hunter Strain
For Hunter Strain, his senior year at Northview High School has definitely had its obstacles.
The constantly-changing schedules affected by COVID-19, as well as a nagging injury that sidelined him for much of the cross country season, have impacted what normally is the highlight of a students high school career.
Things picked up for Strain over the weekend, though, as he found out he was the recipient of a Lilly Endowment Scholarship from the Wabash Valley Community Foundation.
