Pouring rain did little to dampen the spirits of the Abundant Earth Tribe over the weekend, with more than a dozen volunteers from the group diving in to create two food gardens in the Shire’s north.
Driven by the goal of creating a self-sustaining community food network, on Saturday the volunteers from the project created garden beds full of seedlings at homes in Mullumbimby and Ocean Shores.
