Sangamon County Historical Society "Making Our History: Artists Render Lincoln Legacies" will be discussed by historian and filmmaker Graham Peck, Ph.D. He will introduce a year-long statewide virtual residency project on Lincoln's legacies and then will interpret Lincoln by examining a selection of the artworks. The art from the residency project was on display along with 20 corresponding short videos from late August to mid-September at the University of Illinois Springfield, Springfield Art Association and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library. Other panelists include videographer Josh Hester and a few artists whose works are included in the project.
