ABAFANA BakaMgqumeni band member, Nelisani “Jezekhulu” Mseleku has been hospitalised.
He was admitted to an undisclosed hospital in Newcastle in KZN on Monday after he fainted.
Nelisani’s older brother and band member, Sakhiseni told Daily Sun they were shocked by Nelisani’s hospitalisation.
“He was well during the day, but said he couldn’t see properly and fainted when we stopped at a tuck-shop.
“He was close to death and we rushed to the hospital.
“Although he was awake, his condition was worse and we are praying for his speedy recovery,” said Sakheni.
