The ED had also summoned Khan to appear before it on February 19 the same day CM Arvind Kejriwal is supposed to appear for questioning in the Delhi liquor excise policy case.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan on Wednesday withdrew from the Delhi High Court his plea challenging the summons issued to him by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case.
The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday raided the premises of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan in Delhi as part of a money-laundering investigation against him and some others, official sources said.
