super tuesday, where more than 40% of the delegates will be chosen. again, if you don t come in the top three in iowa, or in new hampshi hampshire, i don t see where he ll get the fuel to go forward. he has a lot of name recognition. he s a strong contender in the democratic field. but there are other contenders on the ground laying stakes in iowa and new hampshire. dana: rudy giuliani, he decided to go straight to florida. maybe we ll get to a point where early states don t matter, but i don t think 2020 is it. i ll give you the final word. when you look at 2019/2020, where we are, joe biden has to come in number one in iowa. it s not a question of top three. if he doesn t come in number one, people will say all those fatal flaws have doomed him. he should come in number one. something would have to happen that s dramatic for him not to at this point. maybe that will happen. but he s not a top three.
this. this is actually just the repeal bill. yes. so when you look at this and you see this number and then you compare it to the repeal and replace bill where the numbers aren t too far off in terms of people losing insurance, what does that tell you that there isn t really that different of a scenario between the two? what it tells me, though, also is the anxiety that is hanging over people right now waiting to see what s going to happen. if you just repeal and there is no plan to replace, you know, right now a lot of employees, they negotiate years out for their health insurance. so if you re going to repeal and you don t have a plan for the next two years, a lot of them are negotiating into 2019/2020, and so that uncertainty will actually increase the cost of health care. so, again, i think there is an opportunity now for us to work together. they don t have the support of the american people to repeal. why don t we strengthen what we have rather than continue to
