up into a lot of pieces because, as you say, there is only one reconciliation bill. i think what the president was saying, i don t want to speak for him, but my understanding of what he was saying in reading the whole transcript is that we are going to get as much as we can get done of build back better done because you remember, ayman, that there was the frame work that senator manchin agreed to which was significant. it was $1.75 trillion and a lot of tree priorities for progressives, for the president s agenda. the house then passed an even bigger bill. and we put some things in that weren t in that frame work. and what i believe is possible is to pass something that is very close to that frame work, and that may be what the president is talking about when he says chunks. he s saying take a big chunk of that bill that the house passed and let s try to get that passed. so that s our strategy now. and really this is going to rely on the president going back to senator manchin and sayi
