The accident happened before 7:30 a.m. on Route 67, between Manny Corners and Belfance roads as the driver lost control, Montgomery County Sheriff Jeff Smith said. The trailer was carrying 47,000 pounds of compressed cardboard. Smith identified the driver as David M. Kaspar, of Spring Grove, Va. Montgomery County Sheriff: Schenectady man sought in Town of Florida bomb threat | The Daily Gazette SECTIONS Shares0 TOWN OF FLORIDA – A Schenectady man is being sought in connection with a bomb threat phoned into the Target Distribution Center in the town of Florida last month, Montgomery County Sheriff Jeff Smith said Thursday. Isa Barros, 21, last known to live in Schenectady, is wanted on a felony charge of making a terroristic threat, Smith said. Barros is accused of being the caller who phoned in the bomb threat on Nov. 16, Smith said. Smith on Thursday released Barros’ photo and asked for the public’s help in locating him.
