A Maywood man was found guilty Thursday of several charges tied to a June 26 Lake in the Hills home invasion. McHenry County Judge Michael Coppedge convicted 42-year-old Deon Duff of home invasion, criminal trespass to residence and aggravated fleeing police. A brief trial-by-judge that began and concluded Wednesday included testimony from police, neighbors and the victim s roommates at the time.

LAKESIDE PARK, Ky. â A man was found dead in Lakeside Park, Ky., Sunday morning after police said he slipped in his driveway, hit his head and lost consciousness outside.
Crestview Hills Police said they believe the man died of hypothermia overnight.
Kenton County Sheriff s Deputies found him at 9:40 a.m. on Saturday morning at his home on Buttermilk Pike.

WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio (WOIO) - Willoughby Hills Police are searching for the suspects of an armed carjacking at Willoughby Hills Towers that left a 65-year-old man shot on Wednesday.
Chief Matthew Naegele said 911 calls were made for multiple shots fired in the parking lot of the apartment building at 27400 Chardon Road at approximately 7:22 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a 65-year-old man with a gunshot wound on the north side parking deck of the apartment complex, Chief Naegele said.
