Tracie Middleton is the latest appointment for Pearsons & Ward, part of Ware & Kay Solicitors Ltd. In her new role Tracie will provide advice to clients on all types of residential property transactions. Originally from Cheshire Tracie moved to Yorkshire in 2001. She completed the legal practice course at the University of Law in Leeds with a Masters in 2017 and started her career with a local firm of Solicitors in York and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2021. Tracie is well known in the area as she has been a member of Ryedale District Council for the Wolds since 2019. Rachel Wang, Sir Peter Stothard and Bjorn Saven reappointed as Trustees of the National Portrait Gallery
The Prime Minister has reappointed Rachel Wang and Sir Peter Stothard as Trustees of the National Portrait Gallery for a term of four years from 3 April 2021, and Bjorn Saven for a term of three years from 3 April 2021.

Rachel is passionate about producing factual content that highlights human stories and society today. She is the co-creator of 1000 Londoners, the online documentary portrait of London. As an advocate for improving diversity in the media, Rachel spearheads a video production workshop programme through Chocolate Films.
Ojha, Tadakamalla, Dutta to start disputes firm

Mrinal Ojha,
Trinath Tadakamalla and
Debarshi Dutta have resigned from the firm and are expected to be in the process of setting up their own law firm, called
Solaris Legal.
According to a statement from Phoenix, they were “primarily part” of the firm’s insurance disputes practice. The firm said: “We enjoyed working with them and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.”

Prospects Events to host region s largest virtual career exhibition for young people
The free event, Skills Humber, will take place on April 21, with a twilight session available where visitors can video chat with exhibitors
