New solicitor joins firm s property team

Tracie Middleton is the latest appointment for Pearsons & Ward, part of Ware & Kay Solicitors Ltd. In her new role Tracie will provide advice to clients on all types of residential property transactions. Originally from Cheshire Tracie moved to Yorkshire in 2001. She completed the legal practice course at the University of Law in Leeds with a Masters in 2017 and started her career with a local firm of Solicitors in York and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2021. Tracie is well known in the area as she has been a member of Ryedale District Council for the Wolds since 2019. Ojha, Tadakamalla, Dutta to start disputes firm Phoenix Legal Delhi-based insurance disputes partners Mrinal Ojha, Trinath Tadakamalla and Debarshi Dutta have resigned from the firm and are expected to be in the process of setting up their own law firm, called Solaris Legal. According to a statement from Phoenix, they were “primarily part” of the firm’s insurance disputes practice. The firm said: “We enjoyed working with them and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.” We understand that the three of them will be starting up their own firm.
