D Zondria Wallace, 30, of St. Paul and her two children, La’Porsha Wallace, 14, and Ja’Corbie Wallace, 11, were fatally shot on Saturday, Jan. 30, on the 700 block of Jessie Street, the St. Paul Police Department said.
A 26-year-old man was arrested Sunday in connection to the shooting. As of early Tuesday, he had not been charged.
According to the Pioneer Press, before Ja Corbi died, he told police that his mom s boyfriend shot them.
The paper spoke with family members who said D Zondria Wallace was planning to leave her boyfriend, with family members saying the two would argue and he threatened to kill her last summer.

An ex-boyfriend of a mother and two kids who were killed in St. Paul on Saturday has been charged, accused of shooting them multiple times to save them.
TeKeith Svyone Jones, 26, of St. Paul, is charged with three counts of second-degree murder in the death of D Zondria Wallace, 30, of St. Paul and her two children, La’Porsha Wallace, 14, and Ja’Corbie Wallace, 11, on Jan. 30 at their home at 759 block of Jessie St. in St. Paul.
