CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) – A Conway man will spend a decade behind bars for a 2018 crash that left three people dead.
According to information from the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, 54-year-old Garth Treadway pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of reckless homicide.
Officials said Circuit Court Judge Kristi Curtis sentenced Treadway, who has a lengthy criminal history dating back to 1983, to the maximum ten years in prison on each count. The sentences will run concurrently.

CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) â A Loris man will spend over a decade behind bars after burglarizing a 94-year-old womanâs home.
Kendall Elliott, 30, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary violent on Tuesday and was sentenced to 13 years in prison, a press release from the 15th Circuit Solicitorâs Office stated.
The case stemmed from an incident on Aug. 16, 2019, when Elliot and a co-defendant burglarized the victimâs home in the Green Sea area.

A South Carolina man has been sentenced to 70-years in prison for setting a woman on fire.
Robert Rome Green, 48, received a sentence of 70 years in prison following a jury trial conviction for attempted murder and first degree arson in Lexington County last week.
The jury returned guilty verdicts on both charges.
