A proposed Quebec class action settlement involving Canada Dry Ginger Ale could see eligible individual consumers reimbursed up to $7.50.
The proposed settlement was announced Tuesday and was reached after a class action against Canada Dry was approved in Quebec Superior Court on Nov. 12.

The class action suit alleged that Canada Dry used or published certain labelling and advertising material that contained false or misleading information regarding the ingredients of Canada Dry Ginger Ale soft drinks. Canada Dry denies any and all wrongdoing or liability.
