David Walliams and Jim Broadbent among celebrities in new Covid vaccine campaign. (PA) Comedian David Walliams and actor Jim Broadbent are among a host of celebrities who have come together to encourage Brits to get their Covid-19 vaccine. A new film campaign set to the tune The Rhythm Of Life from the 1966 musical Sweet Charity first sees Broadbent enter an empty theatre before celebrities including Walliams, actors Asa Butterfield, Colin Salmon, Derek Jacobi and Don Warrington, and singer Nicola Roberts take to the stage to perform the song. The song is being used with the permission of the estate of Cy Coleman, who wrote it with Dorothy Fields.

Famous faces: The group perform a two-minute musical number is set to the tune Rhythm of Life from the 1966 classic musical Sweet Charity (pictured is Nicola Roberts) In other scenes, Jim Broadbent delivers the final line saying just get that vaccine, and encourages people to play their part in getting us back to the rhythm of life .
