Aunt, nephew accused of stealing hundreds of dollars of seafood and alcohol, assault and battery at Nassau County grocery store
An arrest report says 50-year-old Gail Hamilton and 27-year-old Isaiah Moore stole hundreds of dollars of seafood and beer before an altercation in the parking lot.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled today for a Johnstown man charged with criminal homicide connected with the Carriage House shooting last Ocotber.
Court documents say that 19-year-old Terrion Gates of Philadelphia will appear before District Judge Christopher Welch at 11:45 this morning.
Gates is charged with criminal homicide, robbery-inflicting serious bodily injury, and theft by unlawful taking for his part in the shooting of Jadeyn Wright on October 17
th of last year. Gates, along with 20-year-old Isaiah Moore of Philadelphia, 18-year-old Isabella Edmonds of Indiana, and 20-year-old Delmar Chatman of Johnstown, allegedly went to get some marijuana from Wright but the encounter led to Wright’s death. The four fled on foot after the shooting. Gates was the last suspect to be apprehended in connection with this case.
