zpm: ZPM MLA Lalbiakzama to be new speaker of the Mizoram Legislative Assembly

Ruling Zoram Peoples Movement (ZPM) MLA Lalbiakzama on Tuesday was elected unopposed as the Speaker of the Mizoram Legislative Assembly. Lalbiakzama was elected to the assembly for the first time from the Chalfilh assembly constituency.
