Zikalala has a plan to save jobs - Rachel Molema, Theresa Mews

Presenting his state of the province address on 24 February, Premier Sihle Zikalala said the KZN has begun talks with petroleum companies BP and Shell and the national government to purchase South African Petroleum Refineries.
