Maria Connally was ready and willing to do her job in April, until the COVID-19 pandemic changed the rules. Instead of Connally letting prospective buyers into 6 Gatewood Drive in Saratoga Springs, it was the owner who opened the door.
The restrictions brought about by the pandemic - for a while real estate agents couldn't go into houses with their seller or buyer clients - were frustrating, Connally said, but the midcentury modern home still sold quickly and for a good price.
