After holding him for a while a judge released him on home monitoring and said he could go back to summer school. Police say they caught marquisse turner in the act. The rape of his exgirlfriend caught on surveillance tape outside the courthouse after the two left a movie at the rockville theater around the corner. By the time the 19yearold alleged victim arrived at the hospital she was without a pulse or signs of life. We still do not know why she died. This was a situation where she died in front of her mother in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Weeks later a District Court judge released turner with a note that he should be at home when hes not in school. School is churchill high where the 16yearold has an individual Education Plan that mandates he attend classes three hours a day, five days a week even during the summer. Its just unconsciousable that the School System is not doing something to protect all the other children he will be with. We cannot say what the School System is doing.
