He hid in the class it while his family was murdered during the first, 70 years later, i also hid in the closet from a murderer. These events should not be repetitive. Something has to change. Thirteen people in 20 minutes. But Charles Cohens family was wiped out. His grandmother was on the phone calling cops when she was shot several times. His mom put him in the closet, and then, went into a separate closet herself, unruh shot three times in the door and opened up and shot him in the face. His father got shot on the back porch and to the ground below and so im sure, that is , one of the things going through the family. And, and Charles Cohen, and, and, case came up and every mass murder since it sent chills through his body. Relived nightmare of losing his family. Hearing gunshots when he was a little kid in camden. You can bet that came up at his little granddaughter, sadly will not within her grandfather today because he died, believe it or not, one month before howard unruh back in 2008. You know he always looked forward to the day he would die so he would say he spit on his grave. He didnt get to live to see. That maybe the influence, you know, in the family of learning how to hide in the closet saved his granddaughter so maybe in death did he something to save his granddaughters life. So. I would guess. In camden an eight yearold girl had died after being struck by a man who lost control of his suv and hit the curve, flipping the suv on its side. Police say she was riding her bicycle when it happen. Another man in his 40s was also struck while sitting on a nearby stoop. It happened around 4 00 in the afternoon on fifth and state streets, no charges have been filed, police say that they are investigating. Three teens are hospitalized after a shooting last night in south philadelphia, Police Say One of them is in critical condition. It happened just after 6 00 last night on the 2100 block of eding terrace. Police have not made an arrest also, lets stay in south jersey several Camden County Police Officers are being recognized for helping a mother, out of the desperate situation. The mother of four called 911 because she didnt have any food for her children. Police officers, Police Lieutenant responded to the mothers call right away, by buying gross business with their own money and delivering food to the family. He is basically screaming on social media, i want to kill people. When can Law Enforcement step in. Well, i think it is important to understand the process of when people post things. With regard to social media, you know, you have these social media providers and when somebody post something on that social media site they leave a digital footprint. That digital footprint is an i p address. That is ticket back to hot person is that left that there so when gentlemen went ahead and reported this to the fbi that comment left a digital footprint. Even if it was deleted, understand process of sleeting is that you tube would need to go in, to that account, and delete it. They with need to go into nikolas cruz account to delete it well, fbi said they could not track him down, the guy that reported it lives in mississippi. So way that works is, so if there is a nikolas cruz account that has, that has, an ip address, you tube doesnt know who the ip address belongs to. Fbi then need to go to the Service Provider for that ip address to get that persons identity and at that point they can followup. Law enforcement does have challenges with respect to when Service Provider will release information and one of the problems is, that right now, many of these social Media Companies they police their sites and they make sure that whenever they flag certain word and those word coming up they will take action and they will remove it according to their policies and they will refer things in Law Enforcement and my experience with google has been they are very Law Enforcement friendly so they will provide information and they will allow to you do things like fill out a form for an circumstances which i think that gets into a different conversation. But then what happens if the gentlemen there we heard saying look i told them, i told them, they went through everything. At what point does it come to showing up, talking the two guy or doing something bit other than just being a wear it can be posted. When can cops go to his house. You have to know hoe is. We will go into two different options. First option is you go, you go to you tube and you say okay give me ip address for the person or the entity that posted that, that comment, once you have that ip address you can get on to any local web site and plug that ip dress in and it will give you Service Provider. Get to the Service Provider and say who does this ip address belong to. We got all that. We tracked him down to his house in florida what can the cops do when they get there arrest him for nothing. That is where we backup to the comment itself. So, does the comment that he post actually violate a law. No, first amendment. So he posted something that was alarming it was, it can be perceived as a threat, there is no date Time Associated with it, so is it a imminent threat or something far off in the future. People have to make decisions on whether or not that need to be acted on right now or whether it is a circumstance, so, Law Enforcement, they get all these, threats and they need to follow them through. So with respect to this one once they find out who the person is belonging to their is nothing that bars them to speak to that person. It is getting the persons identity related to the ip address the challenge because will a Company Release that information . Now many Service Providers, they value the privacy of their clients over the bend fit to Law Enforcement. True. Is there a couple different conversations. One did the fbi follow through and track down ip address, to the Service Provider or not . If they didnt, was it because of the backlog and is there a resource conversation we need to have. If they did and Service Provider wouldnt provide it, then, you know, what company was that. Look at the back looking of comments seen on the internet every day, you cannot search them all out and this was within line that he posted. Exactly. As the fbi made a comment on they get hundreds of these every day. But with respect to this as i said there was two different avenues to pursue.
