Well, that would be fiction however we certainly are seeing a high number, so far this year. I think the war year on record for us was i believe 1994 we had over 1300 water main breaks. So far this fiscal year we are under our numbers from last year. But since january 1st we have had 95 water main breaks. We have been, we have been very busy right now. If it keeps going like this there has been one almost every hour, do you think that we are on track though for doing that. I cannot say about last year because our fiscal year is july 1st to june 31st so we have sometime but certainly this winter has been challenging, busy, our crews are working around the clock. They are doing at least 16 hour shifts, sometimes longer they come in the morning and they dont go home until they are done. Sixteen hour shift. If they are still working on something they will go 18, 20 hearst. My god. So do another fact or fiction. I would think the reason for it is the pipes are just so cold or maybe over, close to 200 years old is that true. We certainly have pipes that are aging however the age of the pipe is in the really the major factor here. The water temperature is. When water temperature willing go through the mains at a certain degree you see higher volume of water main breaks. Water is average willing 35 degrees through the system. 35 degrees 35degree water is actually, you know taking a higher toll on older cast iron pipes then the frigid air outside. Air outside is playing a larger role in the Customer Service lines. We have seen over 300 over 300 breaks on Customer Service line which unfortunately are the customers responsibility. But we are doing best we can to help them. I dont know if you can answer this what do you think is the oldest pipe in this city. Boy that is a fact that i used to have, very easily on the top of my head but i dont know it right now. The water main that broke in Rittenhouse Square a few weeks ago was from 1835.
