A pennsylvania straight trooper listed in critical but stable condition after having a second Successful Surgery since being shot Tuesday Morning. Corporal seth kelly arrived at backup at a traffic stop for speeding on route 33 Tuesday Morning in plainfield township. Kelly and the other officer believed that the 22yearold daniel clary was high on marijuana and they tried to arrest him. When they say he started resisting thats when the fight started and gunshots fired investigators say clary was able to get that gun from his car and shoot kelly three times. Prosecutors have now charged clary with attempted murder. Jurors ended their third day of deliberations today in new jersey senator Bob Menendezs federal bribe rye trial they have not reached a verdict. Reporter statistics they show how large this disease is. But with most of us knowing somebody dealing with alzheimers, the personal stories that show the actual impact of the disease. One morning i came out of the bedroom, said hello to the cat, went back into the bedroom, came back out a couple minutes later and said to tim, have you seen the cat . He knows theres nothing funny about the situation. But for phil and his husband tim, they seem to have realized that they can either be consumed by it or try to stay positive as they do everything they can to defeat it. Im his caregiver and im his bev friend. So were in this together. Reporter part of their commitment facing alzheimers is become outspoken advocates for the Alzheimers Association and their annual walk to end alzheimers events. Trying to help is their reality. Later years in our retirement all of that went out the door and we started planning for how were going to deal with this disease.
