Now after the safe track program and some improved scheduling and new rail cars, too, metro says its so confident in deliver on time performance during rush hour that its ready to back it up with a financial guarantee. If your rush hour trip is delayed 15 minutes or more, talking about the opening of the system until 9 30 and 3 00 to 7 30 in the evening youll get a refund for the cost of the delayed trip but you have to have a registered smart card.
