Now, after leading authorities on that high speed chase down i95, Authorities Say he was shooting at them as they attempted to pull him over for that traffic stop. They say that his bullets narrowly missed deputy cody mack correspond mccormack. This is actually from the stafford countys Sheriffs Office. It lodged in the headrest. It crazed his neck amazingly. The suspects bullets also narrowly missed Virginia State trooper zg terrence lodging in his drivers seat. That chase ended up a few miles up on i95 north that led to massive backups in both direction. The suspects vehicle hit the guardrail and then flipped. When authorities walked over to the vehicle they found him gunshot to the wound. He is in Critical Condition this evening in the hospital. We dont have any further details on his expected condition.
