One suspect shot and killed by police on thursday was just 17 years old. He also brought a loaded handgun to annapolis high sch l in 2017. He was charged with possession of a handgun. Two years later, early thursday Montgomery County police say officer john gloss opened fire. They were trying to get away after they stole guns. The suv sped off and then broke down nearby.
