And tell me what the process was like for you guys to be on that side of the table interviewing folks . It was really fun. They approached us about trying out for the show. They heard about our company because it has won several awards and big in the community. And once they liked what they saw, they took us out to new york and we filmed the show. And they brought hires out there with them and we interviewed some. Tell me about the hires, how many people did you interview . We wound up interviewing four people but wound up most of the day and each of them came in and we had about 20 cameras in the room and whole thing was recorded. They were true real interviews. It was amazing experience. So really, i think a look at how people do under pressure and how they really react and respond when they are going for a Job Interview. So did you find that all of these people were particularly nervous because they knew they we o or how did you see their interview . Several had better body language and more comfort zone than others. But definitely a lot of nerves. But we wanted to make sure they were okay and didnt have to be perfect. While there is pressure to get this job and woofys is a hard company to work for but we want today wanted to make them feel at ease. What is the biggest mistake . Profanity. In a Job Interview . Yes. One sentence filled with two profane words. Really . That was the biggest mess up i would say. Okay. So note to self dont curse at future bosses, and dont drop f bombs. You hired from the show.
