You will have to stick to river road. This construction cleared in Mercer County i95 southbound all lanes open southbound. Police surrounded the scene on the 100 block of scout third street. The gunfire erupted around 7 00 p. M. A 4th victim was rushed to the hospital. No word on their condition or details on what led up to the deadly shooting. Theres been an arrest in a north philadelphia fire that injured 6 people yesterday. One man had to jump to safety from a second floor. Police say someone intentionally set the fire on the 3300 block of north 15th street. All the people are in good condition.
