Breaking now, police in Mercer County new jersey are searching for a gunman who shot someone inside of an applebees near a mall. Weve been putting in some phone calls to Lawrence Township police. Theyre in the middle of this investigation. Take a live look behind me. You can see the applebees here is completely taped off, really up until Brunswick Pike and that is where much of the activity is still going on. This is more than five hours after the shooting. So, this is right at quakerbridge mall and were still waiting on some Additional Details but we do know that Police Responded to reports of a shooting around midnight along the 3300 block of Brunswick Pike in lawrenceville. Since then, the area has been taped off and officials had asked us earlier in the morning here to move farther back. We do know patrons who were inside at the time of the shooting were kept on scene to be interviewed by police and one by one they were escorted to their cars. We did see detectives inside of the applebees at one point collecting evidence there. At this point, we understand police are actively searching for a black suburban chevy that fled northbound on route one. And detectives as i mentioned earlier still on scene collecting as much evidence as possible. As soon as we get some Additional Details, especially on whether or not the shooting happened inside of the applebees, well make sure to pass that information right along. Two bullets pierced a vehicle during a road rage shooting in bucks county and if they went any higher, police say the people inside could have been seriously hurt. Two bullets from a 45 caliber semi automatic handgun were fired into the victims car. One struck the top of the passenger side door. Police say the metal and rubber trim stopped it from hitting the passenger. The door didnt stop the round he would have taken one in the chest. Reporter police say the suspect was behind the wheel of a buick rendezvous suv similar to this one and was driving ac guess aggressively. He followed him all the way up to this light when they got off 95, stayed in the in the far right lane here on the shoulder of the road, keeping pace with the other car that was trying get away. Reporter and the suspect was last seen turning right onto rock view. Anyone with any information is asked to call Bristol Township police. Here were looking at i95 in bucks county. Traffic here is moving just fine so no problem on i95 near business route one. The overnight construction has cleared if youre heading northbound right there, youre moving fine. Southbound towards Bristol Township, no issues on i95. But i talked to police in Montgomery County and they told me about this accident in franconia township on telford pike. Now were getting more details. Hearing its involving a trash truck and another vehicle and theyve had to shut that road down. One person was injured and taken to the hospital. Telford pike blocked near harleysville road. If youre in this area stick to cowpath. Unclear how long theyll be out there in franconia township but an accident involving a trash truck. We had an accident in williamstown in Gloucester County, black horse pike at main street but it just cleared so traffic is moving better right there. But also in Gloucester County theyre doing some construction, some milling work thats blocking a lane on 55 southbound here. And even though were seeing an area of yellow, speeds arent too bad here near 322 but on 55 southbound a little milling work going on right now. Lets look at these temperatures. The search continues for the woman who intentionally drove into a 7eleven employee in the East Oak Lane section and then took off. Investigators have just released this video from the october 18th attack in the hopes of catching the driver. Shes seen inside the store at fifth and oak lane road minutes earlier. Detectives say after she leaves the first time, she drove back into the parking lot where she struck the worker and then hit the side of the building. Alabama Senate Candidate Roy Moore Says the newest accusation of Sexual Misconduct against him is absolutely false. A fifth woman Beverly Young nelson came forward with claims yesterday, she said when she was 16 and waitressing at a local diner where moore was a regular in the 1970s, the one day he offered to drive her home but instead took her to a deserted spot.
