Kathleen kane had no comment after the judge ruled there was enough evidence to face trial. They contend she broke the law leaking grand jury information to the media, lied about it under oath and ordered aids to spy on an investigation into it. They were to put forth a prima facie case. A charge of occurringry and misdemeanors. And they said the looser rules of evidence and the lower burden of proof in the preliminary hearing left them with low odds of getting some or all of the charges thrown out. Kane accused of leaking confidential grand jury information about one who she thought was her enemy. And kane argues she is part of a Good Old Boy Network in harrisburg. Some who she claims were sending pornographic material on computers. And the lawyers failed to convince the judge to present the evidence at the preliminary tear hearing but left the door open to do so at trial.
