World Book Day at Busy Bees Day Nursery, in Colchester

Pre-school children looked the part for this year’s World Book Day celebrations
LITTLE ones used their imaginations and dressed up as their favourite characters on World Book Day.
The national event was marked in style by staff and children at Busy Bees Day Nursery, on Colchester's Severalls Industrial Estate.

In addition to donning outfits, they shared special stories and learnt about authors and illustrators.
Centre director Kate Whitnell said: "Staff and children had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day.
