Woman reveals she was told waving to her father, 80, through his care home window is 'illegal'

Oriana Criscuolo, 46, from Stockport, left devastated by waving ban at home
Staff at father's care home told her she was not allowed to wave through window 
Her  80-year-old father with dementia and Parkinson's disease was heartbroken 
She was told by carers at £1400-a-week home the rule comes from local council  
Attempted to see father but the curtains of his room were shut by carers 
Oriana branded the staff's behaviour as 'inhumane and cruel'
