ROYALTON — A Connecticut woman was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and reckless endangerment after Vermont State Police observed her driving erratically on Route 14 on April 8. Siri L. Daulaire, 42, of East Lyme, CT, was pulled over near the junction of Route 14 and Route 107 at approximately 5:11 p.m.
