Slowed by the pandemic that prevented an early 2021 launch, Canada’s much-anticipated Wolf Down is tentatively announcing its Berlin-inspired street food menu will soon arrive on Chinatown's Spring Mountain Road.
Now publicly planning for a May debut and confirming the Las Vegas location will be very similar to the original restaurant in Ottawa, new signage is up at the 1,880-square-foot counter-service space at The Center at Spring Mountain retail center, close to Valley View Boulevard and new neighbors Partage and Hot N Juicy Crawfish.
