Will County prosecutor sues Pritzker, others over SAFE-T Act

Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow has sued Gov. J.B. Pritzker and other top state Democrats alleging that they violated the state’s constitution when they pushed through sweeping criminal justice reforms last year.
